This Cabaretti crooner is the best singer in all of New Capenna. There's magic in music, and in Kitt's more than most. She can enrapture an entire room - or send them lunging at each other's throats. Whatever the rhythm, Kitt is always in control.

Perrie, the Pulverizer
Perrie is the toughest agent the Brokers have on retainer. He once stopped a runaway car with his bare hands and smashed it to bits. Decked out in armor made from that same vehicle, he uses his strength to make sure contract signers keep their word.
