Idk why I'm always disappointed by anything Vallejo
I'm new to Miniatures and it comes with no instructions or drying times.. But it's basically very slightly thicker paint, that spreads very thin and gets chunky if you attempt to let it start to partially dry and shrinks as it dries, about as much as a coat of paint even if you attempt to slather it into a crevice on your dragons tail. It's easier and less time consuming to glob in paint or use Citadel's Blood for the Blood God and patch it. I am very aware that's not how to use the technical paint but it was a lot easier and then I just put on grey primer and painted over.

A Must-Have for Miniature Painters
Plastic putty is made out of marble and titanium white paint. It's much easier to work with than epoxies (eg. milliput and greenstuff) as fillers, since it requires no kneading, and can be thinned with water. However, since it is water-based, it will shrink and you may need multiple applications. Epoxies work better than putty for larger gaps.

Interesting
Its pretty much a liquid putty that is easy to work with, Ive been using it to cast bits for some of my FOW stuff. Try it out, you very well may end up like it very much.
