The designers have strong opinions on the movies and the actors
Loved 'License to Kill' setup, hated 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service' setup. Apparently, in keeping with: Roger Moore was a trash James Bond, and in the base set the Roger Moore group of cards are terrible, 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service' was a hot mess of a movie, and the setup here is the same. All that said, the price is worth it for the extra replayability.
