Chaos in a box
The game is highly thematic. Components are superb. Card quality is ok. Rulebook is bad its a mess. I had to come back to it over and over again. Its a real time game that can be stressful for some. And takes the space of an entire dinner table. Gameplay wise I liked it, but its it's not something I see me playing over and over again.

Best of the current Rush Real Time Games
Personally enjoyed this better than Kitchen Rush and Project Elite. The little things to do between setting the sand timers make the rounds go buy super quick. There wasn't a shortage of things to manage.

Excellent Game!
Super strong theme. Component are great. More complex than Kitchen Rush but not overbearing. Solo version is good but definitely feels crazier (and less fun) than playing with 2+ people.

Bought this to play with my 10-year old daughter. She enjoyed it so much and the components are great!

Fun and Fast
This game is chaotic fun. It takes longer to set it up than it takes to play it, but the replayability allows for it to be played over and over again. It’s a great game for families.

Amazing Real Time Coop
I loved Kitchen Rush so this was a no brainer. Same great real-time fun with the twist of dexterity challenges. If you like other real-time coops, you'll like this one.

Cooperative crazy fun
This dexterity coop is well produced. Its a good game to play with kids, or adults that feel like so. It feels like Operation, but more immersive and varied. Looking forward to the expansion

Fun and Fast Paced Chaos
Frantic real time game, that forces you to work together as a team. With only 4 minutes per round, it forces players to make tough decisions under pressure. Great props such a tweezers, syringes and hospital beds, brings the theme to life. Easy to teach and learn, but difficult to master. Rush MD delivers a a great game.
