The Bones material is a polymer plastic. It is light-weight and slightly flexible, and is very durable. You can paint a Bones figure straight out of the package, and that paint job will also be pretty durable. Bones figures are as detailed as metal figures, for a much lower cost. Bones miniatures are produced with integral (built-in) bases, but it is easy to cut the miniature off of the base if you prefer to put it on something else. It is also easy to cut the figures apart to convert them into different poses or change weapons.

Sweet-looking scatter terrain
This was my favorite of the three Reaper sarcophagi I picked up for Frostgrave: Ulterior Motives. There is tons of detail on this piece, from the skulls to the little metal straps holding it shut - ominous! All of that was easily brought out with a basecoat and drybrush, followed by rust effects on the metal. This was also the wonkiest of the sarcophagi, with a noticable melted look to it. But it's still not a dealbreaker in such a small piece, and the abundance of detail hides it anyway.

This sarcophagus is bigger than I thought. This is definitely a larger piece and will have a commanding presence in a crypt or dungeon encounter!

Can't wait to paint it!
This is a high-quality sculpt! There are tons of little details that help get me very excited to paint it and use it on my gaming table. Perfect for beginning collectors looking for a crypt scenario. Beginning painters could easily give it a black wash and a drybrush, and it would be table-ready. Advanced painters could make this thing really rock. Highly recommended.

Great addition to Reapers terrain pieces!
This piece will add a lot of games! Makes you wonder what kind of nasty is chained up in side! Can be used in a diorama or as game piece ? Very versatile!
