No better way to reinact the boss battle from Fallout 2 than to have Frank Horrigan himself.

Awesome! Frank Horrigan!!
This is one of the coolest miniatures in my collection! The figure itself is very sturdy, and the overall design is excellent. Whether you love them or hate them, the Enclave line only gets better with Frank's addition.
