Review: Atomic Mass Games Hydra Turrets
The Hydra turrets are very nice models that go together quickly and easily. The kit includes two turret bases, two twin cannon mounts and two octuple missile mounts. Unlike some kits, the mounts do not share parts, so building one type does not make it impossible to build the other. Assembly instructions have to be accessed online, which is inconvenient. Surprisingly, there are no stat cards or any information on how to use these in a Marvel Crisis game. These turrets can be useful in many other Sci-Fi games, including Star Wars and LaserGrenadiers.

Another great, versatile kit from AMG!
My one concern with this item was that the Hydra symbols would be molded into the bunker face. They were not! It's actually a hole that PERFECTLY fits a 32mm base, so you could make it be a blank circle, or you could easily print out other symbols and switch them out. I've already got Avengers, Star Wars Empire and Republic, and a couple other more obscure ones.

Good models with magnet holes for options
Each turret comes with two weapons: a missile launcher and a set of cannons. The base and each weapon have a 10mm slot (but buy 8mm magnets, as 10 don't fit well) for easy swapping and for the turrets to rotate. Overall a good purchase!
