Magnate: Tycoon Mini-Expansions

Each of these min-expansions brings additional elements to the game or alters part of the existing rules to provide a broader and deeper experience. They can be added to our game separately or combined as you wish.

  • Luxury Apartment Tower - The luxury apartment tower is an additional, high-value building for home tenants. As well as a large capacity and a build bonus, it has a neighborhood bonus that benefits adjacent plots.

  • Blind Bidding - This replaces the existing turn order system with a blind auction that determines turn order based on how much each individual player bids. They now play int he order their companies are arranged on a turn track order, instead of clockwise.

  • Employees - This adds a deck of unique employee cards to the game that represent the various professionals that players can recruit to their company. Each card will give the player unique effects and abilities.

  • The City Hall - The city hall miniature does not have a gameplay function, but it can be placed on the middle plot of the city centre tile during setup to beautify your city.
