Save the Earth or Conquer It!

The fate of humanity hangs in the balance. Who will claim the blue planet...Humans or Martians?

All Quiet on the Martian Front is a 15mm scale miniatures game of the second Martian invasion of Earth. This book contains background and history of a World at War as well as detailed battle descriptions from North America circa 1914. You will also find game rules, statistics, and organizational guidelines for the Armies of the Great Interplanetary War, suggestions for playing the game, and a hobby section with techniques for painting your miniatures.

Use alternate models and mod rules!

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

This game has died. I suspect the ww1 aesthetic is not popular. The good news is you can change the human combatants to ww2, cold War or even modern day! Play the Tom Cruise movie! My big critique of rules is the IGoYouGo mechanic. I prefer a random activation that moves one unit at a time and then your opponent moves a unit. This should definitely be tweaked. The rulebook is colorful with plenty of theme in the form of newspaper clippings. The models may be hard to find. This is easily remedied by using other companies' ww1 tanks and walkers. The human tanks made by Alien Dungeon look beyond sensible levels of goofy. Granted, I am not a steam punk fan. I believe this game can still offer fun to your table. It will require some rules modding and creating new units for the theater of choice. The idea of a 50's alien invasion sounds like a fun idea. This may skew the points costs. I typically play scenarios. Points are meaningless in war. If you like competitive gaming with everything in order.... you may have a difficult time finding models and opponents. Good luck.
