Best priced option unless you own a 3d printer

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

I agonized over a storage solution for Xia for a couple of years now. Boy am I glad I finally took the dive. This is my first Folded Space insert, and they will be the first place I look when I don't want to make one from scratch from now on.

Awesome org kit

Average rating of 4 out of 5 stars

This was my first dance with Folded Space. I'm impressed. All the pieces were cleanly cut. Assembly was straightforward and easy, and I appreciate how light the material/solution is compared to competing birch wood products. Overall this is a great storage solution for Xia. I may try this product again for other games. A caveat, though. This product was so close to being perfect but there was one hiccup. If you own the 1st edition of Xia like I do you may notice that your ship boards are wonderful, thick cardboard. Newer editions as well as the Embers expansion feature a much thinner sheet for these player boards. Where this becomes an issue is that there is a space on the left side of the kit where all the ship boards are supposed to be stored. Meticulously measured, no doubts.. The 1.0 boards are so thick that it ended up leaving the box lid sitting an inch and some change high instead of flush. I ended up keeping the smaller Embers box to store ship sheets in for now. Sort of negates the all-in-one intention of this product. I can't be really upset about that, because that's sort of how being an early Kickstarter adopter rolls, but it was a disappointment to discover right as I was putting the final touches on the whole show.
