Explorers of the Woodlands is a forest-themed cooperative dice game / dungeon crawler for 1 to 4 players. It combines all the best of tile placement, exploration, rolling dice and bashing monsters in a gorgeous setting, and comes with a fast paced classic game mode and a campaign mode.
Gameplay: Explore a forest of over 20 tiles. At the end of the game, a boss will spawn and you will have to emerge victorious from battle to win the game!
Exploration Phase: Each player adds one tile to the forest, making it bigger and bigger.
Adventure Phase: Each player plays their character in turn order. Roll 4 dice and place them on your hero board to prepare your actions for the turn, then venture into the forest! When you're done, expand the forest again and explore some more.

Worth Exploring
The gameplay feels like lots of other tile laying dungeon crawlers, but the art is fantastic. The rules are easy to learn and the game comes with a couple mini expansions and a short campaign to keep things fresh. This could be a good introductory game for younger players.
