Does what it says -- make sure you treat it well
Being a novice, I have bought a couple of these because I inadvertently destroy them. But they are, true to their name, teeny-tiny and great for nutty detail.

A good brush for the small minis
This depends on your preference towards whether or not you are inclined to do details and at what scale. My only complaint was that the shipment bent some of the bristles. The other small issue I've discovered is if water gets on the area between the brush and metal part connecting the bristles enough times, I found that the metal part can become loose. Key being enough times. I think in my case, I had my brush over a year or more before this replacement.

Great Detail Brush!
Such a great brush! I was painting eyeliner and lipstick on 1:18 scale and it was perfect!

Good value
You can spend more on higher quality brushes but this one works for me for fine detail on miniature game figures. Good value.

Great for linework
Great detail brush for line-work and small details. Can really get into those tight spaces without bumping the areas you're not trying to get paint on.

My friend thought the brush was a needle.

Love the Army Painter Brushes
I love the army painter brushes. This is the smallest one that I use (I don't go crazy for detail) and the point stays good as long as you take care of it. Don't let paint get into the metal barrel. Don't let paint dry on the bristles.
